System Requirements
MediaCRM 2020
MediaCRM 2020 is compatible with AdWorks 2019.
Server:
- Windows Server 2012 (or greater) with latest updates and IIS web server
- Multicore Intel processor (64 bit)
- 8 GB of RAM (16 GB recommended).
Clients:
MediaCRM 2020 is web based and mobile friendly. The following devices and browsers are recommended.
- Windows or Mac OS: Safari, Chrome, Firefox.
- iPad : Safari or Chrome.
- iPhone : Safari or Google Chrome.
Note: For internal network deployments, an internet connection with a dedicated IP is required to the server if accessing from outside of network.
MediaCRM v.2.x
MediaCRM v.2.x is compatible up to AdWorks 5.6.x
Server (minimum):
- OSX: Intel i5 processor or later, 4GB RAM, Mac OS X Version 10.9 with OSX Server App (Available in App Store).
- Windows: Intel processor or later, 4GB RAM, Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5x (or greater OS).
Server (Recommended):
- OSX: Quad Core Intel i7 processor or later, 8GB RAM, Mac OS X Version 10.9 with OSX Server App (Available in App Store).
- Windows: Quad Core Intel i7 or later, 8GB RAM, Windows Server 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5x (or greater OS).
Note: Internet connection with dedicated IP required to server if accessing from outside of network.
Client Requirements:
- Microsoft Windows or Mac OSX – with one of the following supported browsers: Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox.
- iPad – with one of the following supported browsers: Safari, Google Chrome.
